Associate Attorney
The candidate will manage a caseload through trial and oversee and assist in management of cases. Will manage cases from inception. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Prepare pleadings, discovery/discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents. Prepare timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities. Communicate effectively with attorneys and paralegal. Must have 3-25 years of experience, preferably in a diverse volume of litigation involving professional liability, director & officer liability, legal malpractice, architect & engineer, labor and employment law, construction defect, and commercial litigation. Knowledge of ProLaw and Acuity are a plus. Should be a member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar.
