Trust and Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will work closely with high net worth clients to develop and manage the implementation of estate plans, including charitable, gift, business succession, and income tax planning. Collaborate with the Corporate / Transactional team to implement business succession strategies. Assist with the administration of Estates and Trusts, including handling uncontested probate matters. Should have 3+ years of practice experience involving sophisticated trust and estate matters. Should have admission to practice in Georgia with experience understanding and drafting complex trusts (GRATs, IDGTs, CLATs, SLATs, etc.). Corporate/Transactional and/or tax experience is a plus. Must have the ability to work independently to formulate and implement estate planning and gifting strategies. Strong writing and analytical skills and attention to detail are required. Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should be a team player with a commitment to client service and integrity. Part-time candidates considered.
