About the Senior Manager, Conflicts Role at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
As a Senior Manager, Conflicts at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will have the opportunity to manage a team and ensure accurate and timely resolution of conflicts issues. This role requires a strong understanding of conflict-of-interest checking procedures and guidelines, as well as experience in a professional services firm and management experience in a global law firm or relevant industry setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise performance of the conflicts team
- Monitor accuracy of conflicts analysis as quality reviewer
- Act as point of escalation for business and conflicts issues
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to conflicts staff
- Work with attorneys to resolve conflicts issues
- Develop systems to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
- Implement new policies as required
- Compile reports and metrics for leadership
- Handle additional related projects as necessary
- Work beyond scheduled hours as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 10 years of conflicts experience at a professional services firm (required)
- 5 years of management experience in a global law firm or relevant industry setting (preferred)
- Experience with Intapp Open
- Expert knowledge of conflict-of-interest checking procedures and guidelines
- Advanced knowledge of corporate-related reference sources
Salary Information:
- Minimum: $138,800 annually
- Maximum: $180,500 annually
- Actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors
