Law Firm Seeks Billing Manager in Multiple Locations

Are you a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual with exceptional legal billing experience? As a Billing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the eBilling and Billing Team, providing exemplary service and support to both internal and external clients while adhering to firm and client policies. This position requires independent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. You will also have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of direct reports, participate in the development of the leadership team, and contribute to the overall vision and plans of the Billing Department.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of legal billing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization of 50+ lawyers. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Experience with eBillingHub or BillBlast and Aderant billing software is a plus. Strong technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, are also necessary.
