Technology Trainer - Law Firm

We are seeking a Technology Trainer to plan, develop, and deliver IT training courses and blended learning programs for our global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and professional training on various technology areas to attorneys and staff, including new hire training, continuous development, and project-specific training.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions using a variety of media.
- Develop and design training courses for all technology used within the firm.
- Administer LTC4 certifications and align training to LTC4 Core Competencies.
- Create high-quality supporting courseware such as workbooks, manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist with identifying training needs.
- Assist with firm-wide technology projects, including evaluating new software and providing floor support and coaching.
- Perform training needs analyses and develop training programs to address knowledge gaps.
- Participate in projects and meetings.
- Develop eLearning courses and other online tools to support global users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 1 year of related training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience delivering remote training in a law firm or professional services environment.
Salary Information:
- Anticipated total compensation range: $63,000 - $100,000
- Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location.
