Job Title: Separation of Powers Attorney
Experience: Experience in administrative law or civil litigation

Responsibilities:
- Generate and lead high-profile cases in PLF's Separation of Powers Program
- Find and win important Supreme Court cases enforcing individuals' rights through the Constitution's structural protections
- Shape PLF's strategy by identifying and litigating emerging separation of powers theories
- Advocate for separation of powers through speaking engagements, media appearances, and publishing
- Work with junior and senior attorneys to elevate their skills and contribute expertise to cases
- Travel as needed for cases and events
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative law and/or civil rights cases
- Successful track record in litigation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of and passion for freedom and individual liberty
- Willingness to travel
