Corporate Paralegal, Private Funds The candidate will assist with work related to private equity fund formations, fund operations, and fund investments (., Form D filings, Blue Sky notice filings, Form ADV amendments, and related matters, reviewing subscription materials, attending to anti-money laundering diligence, addressing investor relations inquiries, drafting and coordinating formation/dissolution of entities, etc.).
