Screening interviews will be conducted by members of our recruiting department and will last approximately 20-30 minutes. Callback interviews will be conducted by partners and associates in the practice group and office of interest and will last approximately 2-3 hours.

Summer Program

Our summer program is designed to give summer associates a realistic view of life at Wilson Sonsini. Summer associates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, attend meetings and conferences, and participate in social and pro bono activities. We provide a comprehensive orientation program and assign each summer associate a mentor who serves as a resource throughout the summer.
