Job Title: Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Associate
Location: Denver, Colorado
Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 USD
Overview:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a top defense litigation law firm with over 1,250 attorneys in 44 offices across the US, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Associate to join their team in Denver, Colorado. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement or remote work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Investigate claims and provide coverage opinion letters
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Colorado
- At least 3 years of defense litigation experience
- 1+ years of coverage/coverage litigation experience
- Experience in insurance coverage and drafting coverage opinions
- Strong written and oral communication skills
