SUMMARY:

****, a California-based litigation firm specializing in Lemon Law, is seeking mid-level litigation associates for their Century City/Walnut Creek/Roseville/Newport Beach, California office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience and a genuine interest in consumer protection and representation. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in multiple phases of litigation and work closely with and receive mentorship from Knight Law partners and senior attorneys.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Written Discovery: Drafting, reviewing, and participating in e-discovery for documents
- Law & Motion Work: Drafting motions and preparing for oral arguments in court
- Depositions: Preparing clients and defending consumer client depositions, deposing witnesses, and attending expert depositions
- Vehicle Inspections: Attending vehicle inspections with expert witnesses
- Other Responsibilities: Timely reporting and billing, and assisting with other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- . from an ABA accredited law school and member in good standing of the California Bar
- At least three (3) years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
- Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation
- Hunger for professional growth and willingness to operate in a team-oriented environment
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Skilled problem-solver with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to track and comply with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and use technology solutions in a paperless environment
- Ability to travel within California as needed
