The candidate will work directly with clients and apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to offer tax advice and resolve customer inquiries through our platform. Responsible for managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products using sound professional judgment, and in an excellent and timely manner. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, work toward advancing the goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World". Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and/or proprietary business information in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
