Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve complex domestic and international tax issues
- Provide technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and understand their unique needs
- Assist with technical planning and global project management
- Review staff work and provide performance feedback
- Constantly develop knowledge and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience, or graduate degree and 2 years of experience
- Progress towards or completion of valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status
- Experience with tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-acquisition planning, and/or international tax consulting
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
