The law firm of Cadwalader is currently looking for a CLO/ABL/Structured Finance Associate with 3-6+ years of experience to join their Capital Markets department in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private securities offerings, securitization, bank lending, asset-backed lending, and/or structured lending. Experience in CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is a plus, but not required.
