Morgan & Morgan, the largest personal injury law firm in the world, is seeking a Product Owner to join our IT Programs & Strategy team in Orlando, Florida. As a Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and make a significant impact on the success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and roadmap for products and effectively communicate it to senior leadership
- Lead a team and manage their project pipeline to ensure successful execution
- Deliver products and features efficiently while measuring success and iterating quickly
- Develop, manage, and deliver IT projects from beginning to end
- Serve as Project Manager for independent projects and coordinate with various teams across the firm
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or project management
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft/M365 products, or voice services
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms
- Experience managing a team of direct reports
- Scrum/Agile certifications
- PMP certification
