This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 3-8 years of experience in insurance related legal work, including civil litigation in both state and federal courts, to join a collaborative and growing practice. The position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance coverage matters for national and international clients
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide comprehensive legal representation
- Work on a variety of complex coverage areas including general liability, professional liability, environmental, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters
- Take on significant responsibilities from the start, including managing a diverse and challenging caseload
- Conduct legal research and writing and analyze complex legal issues
- Represent clients in state and federal courts
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Bar in good standing in one of the following states: PA, NJ, NY, MA, CT, or DEL
- 3-8 years of experience in insurance related legal work, including civil litigation in both state and federal courts
- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage matters preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
