Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft standard pleadings including answers, third-party summonses and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, EBT notices, and orders. Will process and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax, FOIL, and other records. Review and summarize medical records. Summarize transcripts, trial, and EBT preparation. Communicate with experts/IMEs.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. A paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Experience with medical malpractice and personal injury preferred. Trial experience desired. Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must be a self-starter with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
