Legal Secretary The candidate' will work of multiple litigation attorneys (typically assigned to support four) providing a full range of support, including, but not limited to, preparation/revision of correspondence, pleadings and documents for filing with state and federal courts and agencies; calendar maintenance and travel arrangements; expense reports; and liaise with court and vendor personnel. You will demonstrate knowledge of the attorneys' cases as well as court rules and filing guidelines with California courts. Should be very organized, detail-oriented team player possessing at least 7 years of recent California litigation legal secretary experience.
