Summary:
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a top global law firm with offices around the world, is seeking a Manager of Partner Integration to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by driving our innovative integration methodology and expanding our centralized integration program. The Manager of Partner Integration will be responsible for overseeing the three phases of our new partner process, planning for onboarding, tracking progress, and serving as a counselor and coach for new partners. This position can be based in our Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, Los Angeles, or New York offices, with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule available.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the new partner process, including transition, orientation, and integration phases.
- Plan for Day 1 readiness and onboarding.
- Track progress and identify ways to maximize success for each lateral partner.
- Manage each partner's experience in the firm's two-year integration program.
- Ensure integration plans are developed, regularly updated, and executed.
- Serve as a counselor and coach for new partners navigating the firm's support structure.
- Facilitate the integration of newly promoted partners and work closely with firm and practice group leaders to maximize success.
- Research and analyze key trends related to lateral partner and group activity in the legal market.
- Adhere to department budget and seek opportunities to improve efficiency.
- May supervise or provide direction to non-supervisory employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant professional experience, including leadership experience. Law firm experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary Information:
