Job Title: Procurement Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the progress of new major proposed contract and/or task order requirements received from program offices.
- Analyze program data and integrate it into usable reports for workload management, program financial, technical, procurement, and scheduling information utilized by management at all levels throughout the Bureau.
- Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.
- Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative on large contracts ranging in value from $1 million to $25 million.
- Review, analyze, and/or interpret policies, concepts, guidance, and procedures for use in solving critical problems or accomplishing projects or programs.
Education and Experience Information:
- For GS-09 level:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07 in the Federal service, AND a bachelor's degree or 24 semester hours in relevant fields (accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, etc.), OR
- Position occupied in GS-1102 series since January 1, 2000, with relevant specialized experience, OR
- A master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of higher-level graduate education, OR or ., from an accredited institution in relevant fields, OR
- Combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education that meets qualification requirements.
- For GS-11 level:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 in the Federal service, AND a bachelor's degree, OR
- Position occupied in GS-1102 series since January 1, 2000, with relevant specialized experience, OR
- A . or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of higher-level graduate education, or ., in relevant fields, OR
- Combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education that meets qualification requirements.
Salary Information:
- Salary range: $69,923 - $109,975 per year
- Pay scale & grade: GS 09 - 11

- Annual Confidential Financial Disclosure is required within the first 30 days.
- Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions.
