- The base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $435,000, based on class year

**Responsibilities:
- Work with the Financial Institutions Group on regulatory matters
- Provide support and advice to clients on various regulatory issues
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and teams within the firm
**Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of regulatory experience in areas such as bank/bank holding company/foreign bank regulation, broker-dealer regulation, swap dealer/derivatives regulation, investment adviser/investment company regulation, collateral/collateral enforcement/creditors’ rights regulation
- Admitted to the New York or . Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical and communication skills
