Barnes & Thornburg, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Systems Reporting Analyst to join our team in either Indianapolis, Chicago, or Atlanta. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and technical support for the firm's HR operations and systems, ensuring compliance and maintaining confidentiality of all client and firm information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the maintenance, administration, training, and use of the Firm's HR operational systems
- Generate and distribute reports to key stakeholders, government agencies, and associations
- Perform regular audits to ensure efficiency and integrity of stored data
- Provide technical support for HR systems
- Assist with employment law compliance and reporting
- Populate surveys and gather data as requested
- Serve as a back-up resource for HR Services and HRIS Manager
- Support other members of the HR department as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with HRIS and Dayforce preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Normal office environment
- May be required to work in the office or remotely based on business needs

SALARY INFORMATION:

- Chicago applicant salary range: $55,000-$75,000
- Salary commensurate with experience
