Job Title: Paralegal New York Litigation
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 a year - Full-time
Experience: 2-10 years in litigation
Location: Remote

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with 2-10 years of litigation experience in New York to join our team and grow with our firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation
- Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized records
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other meetings
- Assist with document management and e-filing
Qualifications:
- 2-10 years of litigation experience in New York, preferably in premises, labor law, automobile, or general liability suits
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
