BDO, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Experienced Manager for their Core Tax Services team. This role will be responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating alternative actions to lessen tax burden, and acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. The Tax Experienced Manager will also be a critical member of the office/region leadership team and participate in marketing, networking, and business development.

• Washington DC Range: $142,000 - $152,000

Job Duties:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred
• Master's in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
• 6+ years of relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
