Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication
- Work closely with senior-level attorneys, paralegals, and clients to execute case strategy
- Manage own caseload and support senior attorneys on complex cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents related to family law
- Stay up-to-date with legal standards and regulations
- Attend business development and networking events

Qualifications:

- At least 4 years' experience practicing Family Law in Oregon
- Knowledge and experience with asset division, custody, and support matters, including trial and mediation experience
- Active membership with the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar membership a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Growth-minded and committed to business and practice development
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle a heavy caseload
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary
- Must pass a background check
