- Manage all operations of the assigned office(s) including human resources, financial planning and controls, marketing and event planning, facilities, and information systems
- Collaborate with Office Managing Shareholder(s) in developing and administering strategic plan
- Oversee human resources tasks such as conducting interviews, onboarding, and performance management
- Prepare and monitor office budget, analyze financial reports, and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate marketing events and enhance firm's visibility in the local market
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols and policies
- Support technology operations and upgrades
- Attend meetings, chair business service professionals meetings, and manage special projects
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in office management or human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, display emotional intelligence, and maintain effective working relationships
