Troutman Pepper Locke, a highly respected law firm, is currently seeking a mid-level Associate with 4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience. This position is available in our Boston, Washington ., or Atlanta office. A background in electrical engineering is preferred, and experience with PTAB is strongly desired.

Our firm's Intellectual Property practice group is nationally recognized for our expertise in advising clients on the development, acquisition, management, and monetization of their intellectual property.
