Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work within a hybrid model
- 5+ years in corporate tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Understanding of real estate tax technical and transaction skills
- Partnership taxation, REIT taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring, federal tax compliance, federal tax accounting and provisions, tax analysis, and tax research
- Strong managerial experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Active accreditations obtained
- Licensed CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Chartered Financial Advisor, or Certified Financial Planner
Preferred
- Advanced degree
- Previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience
Salary Information
- Wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions
- Skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
- Not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role
- Reasonable estimate of current range: $84,980 to $193,440
