Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join their construction defect team. Will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. Drafting initial discovery to opposing counsel, draft discovery responses. Prep/process client production, expert docs for production, property management file, etc. (consolidate, bates, redact, privilege log, etc.). Draft Notices of Deposition, and deposition prep. Draft and monitor responses for Subpoenas to experts and other non-parties. Track discovery responses, send Rule 11 Letters and Draft Motions to Compel. Upload deposition transcripts and keep exhibits organized. Update file synopsis as needed. Construction site visits (expenses reimbursed). Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Should have 5+ years of experience. Construction defect experience is a plus.
