Summary:

CBRE, a global firm specializing in real estate solutions, is seeking a Paralegal to join their Labor and Employment Legal Team. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work in either Dallas or Chicago. The Paralegal will provide legal support services to attorneys, including research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience and a certification in Paralegal studies. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys with a broad range of employment law matters including recruitment, compensation, leaves of absence, discrimination and harassment, and government audits.
- Provide legal and litigation support by conducting research, reviewing documents, and managing case files.
- Monitor EEOC charges, OSHA matters, state agency inquiries, and settlement demands.
- Manage record maintenance, cost reporting, and other periodic reporting.
- Prepare legal holds and presentations for trainings.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and other activities.
- Prepare quarterly litigation reports.

Requirements:

- Associate of Arts Degree and a minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Certification in Paralegal studies or comparable combination of education and training.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to solve problems and follow instructions.
- Basic analytical skills.

Salary Information:

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Paralegal position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
