Summary:

YouTube is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in developing compliance policies that empower our teams and ensure regulatory compliance. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of compliance and coordinating policy development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop YouTube-specific policies by systematically reviewing and analyzing existing compliance documents and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex legal and regulatory language into clear and concise standards for product and operational teams.
- Partner with the central compliance team to identify synergies and influence compliance direction.
- Manage the policy development process and coordinate training and awareness sessions to promote policy understanding and compliance.
- Communicate with senior leaders and teams across Legal, GAPP, Product, and Engineering.
- Work closely with the Government Affairs & Public Policy (GAPP) and Legal teams to transform legislative requirements into actionable statements.

Salary Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
