Job Title: Employee Benefits/State and Local Tax Attorney
Salary: Commensurate with experience

This position offers the opportunity for part-time or full-time work with a flexible schedule and potential for partnership track.

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of ERISA compliance, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and state and local tax issues affecting private and government clients. Experience with state administrative tax is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing plan documents
- Providing analysis and advice on employee benefits issues
- Advising clients on state and local tax issues, including sales, use, franchise, and property taxes
- Staying up-to-date on state and local tax laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Licensed in Missouri and Illinois (preferred)
