Law Firm in San Rafael, CA is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60K - $70K per year, as estimated by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and emails
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, filing, and compiling loan closing packages
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks
- Proofread and perform initial input and revisions to legal documents
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Possess superior knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Take initiative and work well in a team environment
- Must be vaccinated and able to work in-person at our San Rafael office

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of legal secretarial experience or 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in real estate
- High School Diploma required, College Diploma preferred
- Ability to type, read, and write accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Availability to work overtime when needed
