- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top tier law school is required for this position.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is necessary.
- Pharmaceutical experience, either in-house or through private practice, is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
- You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various contracts, including license agreements and product development agreements.
- This role requires a keen understanding of the intersections between Business Development, Alliance Management, and other functions within Teva.
- Up to 15% travel may be required for this role.
