Experience Information:
- 3+ years of experience in Federal court litigation required
- Any commercial litigation and/or government investigation experience preferred
- Healthcare/Life Sciences experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Drafting motions in federal and state courts
- Drafting discovery requests and responses/objections to discovery requests
- Preparing for and taking depositions
- Working on commercial arbitrations and government investigations
- Drafting correspondence
- Negotiating settlement
- Developing case strategies and pitching-in for trials and final hearings
Requirements:
- Must be admitted in NY
- Outstanding research and writing skills
- Minimum law school GPA of preferred
- Must be willing to work in the office majority of the time

Position Overview:
Frier Levitt is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney for their New York City office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Federal court litigation, with a preference for those with experience in commercial litigation and government investigations. Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting motions, discovery requests and responses, preparing for and taking depositions, working on commercial arbitrations and government investigations, drafting correspondence, negotiating settlements, and developing case strategies. The candidate may also be required to pitch in for trials and final hearings.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must be admitted in NY and have outstanding research and writing skills. A minimum law school GPA of is preferred. The candidate must also be willing to work in the office majority of the time.
Salary Information:
