This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of growing a region and building a brand. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive tax review, planning, and compliance services to clients. Enjoy a hybrid workplace with options for remote and in-office work, while being based near or in Salt Lake City to effectively support the local area and foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including conducting review meetings
- Participate in the creation and development of processes and infrastructure designed to service clients
- Analyze client financial information, assess needs, and determine advanced strategies to meet objectives
- Manage all aspects of client relationships
- Lead new client prospecting, design presentations, and lead closing meetings
- Develop and mentor staff and seniors through training and effective performance feedback
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billings, collections, and project budgets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on tax
- Ability to supervise others
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Successful completion of CPA or EA exams, licensed CPA, JD, or EA

Compensation:
- The current estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000
- Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program
