To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in executing complex global deals and a deep understanding of technology and commercial transactions. You should also have a proven track record of successful commercial and contractual negotiations, as well as experience implementing scalable business processes. An MBA, CFA, or JD is strongly preferred, and a background in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Legal with a focus on Technology or Financial Institutions is a plus.
