We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone with 5-10 years of litigation experience in the field of workers' compensation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills. While it is not expected that the candidate will immediately manage their own cases, we are confident that with our guidance and mentorship, they will develop the necessary skills to do so in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex cases.
- Represent clients from various industries, including construction, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, retail, and education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide proactive and innovative defense for our clients.
- Develop strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
- Manage cases from inception to resolution under the guidance and mentorship of senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of litigation experience in workers' compensation.
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
- New Jersey Bar license preferred.
- Commitment to long-term growth within the firm.
- Steady and consistent work history.
