Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

We believe in compensating our associates for their hard work and dedication. The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $235,000 annually, with the successful candidate's salary being set within this range based on their qualifications and experience. In addition, associates are eligible for various annual bonuses, including a bonus of 15% of base compensation for meeting our 1,850 annual billable hours expectation.

Multiple Office Locations Nationwide

At Nossaman, we have offices located throughout the country, providing our associates with the opportunity to work in a variety of locations. This position is open to candidates in any of our office locations nationwide.

As a litigation associate at Nossaman, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of interesting and challenging cases. Our firm is involved in disputes involving fiduciary obligations, constitutional and public agency law compliance, employee and disability retirement benefit disputes, and more. You will also have the opportunity to work on cases involving intellectual property, insurance coverage, real estate, and breach of contract claims.

Required Qualifications and Responsibilities

To be considered for this position, you must be admitted to the State Bar of California and have excellent research skills. Experience with drafting and responding to written discovery, pleadings, briefs, and motions in state and federal court is also required. eDiscovery and deposition experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team, and take ownership of significant projects.
