Job Description:

- Seeking an International Tax Manager - Private Wealth to join growing International Tax practice
- Must be located near a **** office location, preferably on the East coast
- Team of professionals across the US and over 140 **** International member firms
- Addresses pressing issues for global clients and advises on US-based and local country matters
- Specializes in international tax compliance, planning and structuring, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and supply chain planning

Responsibilities:

- Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities
- Review complex tax returns, analyze international holdings, and assist with planning around foreign assets and minimizing global taxation
- Work on multiple engagements for proactive tax planning and strategic consulting, including inbound planning, expatriation & exit tax planning, and asset structuring
- Stay up-to-date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Effectively manage engagements and projects to meet tax filings and internal deadlines
- Develop and expand compliance and planning tools for international taxpayers
- Manage, supervise, train and lead staff through counsel, guidance, and coaching
- Identify training opportunities and participate in the delivery of CPE sessions, especially in the international tax area
- Provide recommendations for business innovation and process improvements for clients and internal processes of the firm
- Contribute to project revenue and profit objectives through effective management of budgeting, project execution, invoicing, and collecting functions
- Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events
- Assist with recruiting activities, including campus recruiting and employee referral bonus program

Qualifications:

- CPA, JD, or EA required
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm providing tax services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses, including 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Prior experience with international tax compliance and planning
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Interest in working with global taxpayers and a diverse and challenging client base
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Excellent tax research and professional writing skills
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required

Compensation:

- For California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: $97,420 - $211,090 per year
- Actual compensation influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location
