Job Summary:
UB Greensfelder is seeking mid-level associate attorneys to join their Corporate/M&A Practice Group in their St. Louis, Chicago, or Cleveland offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in negotiating and drafting documents for corporate transactions, as well as a broad knowledge of general corporate law and tax matters. Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills are required for this fast-paced environment. All candidates will remain highly confidential.

Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft primary and ancillary documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, loan transactions, and other corporate transactions.
- Have a broad knowledge of general corporate law and transaction and entity structuring, including related tax matters.
- Lead M&A due diligence for both targets and acquirers, as well as transaction and entity structuring and related tax matters.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Law license in the location of office will be a requirement.
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate/M&A.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
