Litigation Paralegal The candidate will request, track and follow up on records through issuing subpoenas, authorizations, and online portals. Provide analysis and summary of medical records. Prepare billing summaries. Coordinate expert reviews. Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and other meetings. Receive and process documents and enter information into case management system. Assist with preparing motions and exhibits. Manage and organize of certified transcripts. Other duties as assigned. Should have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Products Liability, or Personal Injury experience is preferred.
