Duties:
Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Conduct in-depth legal research and stay current with updates in family law.
Attend court hearings and trials, effectively presenting cases on behalf of clients.
Provide ongoing legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process.
Collaborate with paralegals and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient case management.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
At least 1 year of experience in family law litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines consistently.
A commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation and client service.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee.
Skills:
Family law litigation experience.
Proficient in legal research and writing.
Strong courtroom presence and presentation skills.
Client-focused with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to manage independent caseloads.
