Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Experience: Associate's degree or technical school certificate required
Key Relationships:
- Work closely with all internal clients leveraging the knowledge, resources, and support groups within the firm
Essential Duties:
- Act as initial point of contact for internal clients regarding any technical issues or inquiries
- Deliver consistent and timely responses following established service level agreements
- Manage ticketing system and document all steps and resolutions
- Update knowledge base articles and internal procedures
- Perform entry level system administration
- Continually look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Additional Duties:
- Conduct application testing prior to rollouts
- Participate in internal projects as assigned
Experience and Skills Required:
- Associate's degree or technical school certificate
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities in a professional manner
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high resiliency
- Prior experience in a professional services organization preferred
- Knowledge of Service Management tools and Help Desk Institute certifications desirable
- ITIL v3 Foundations or Microsoft certifications preferred
Additional Abilities Required:
- Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required
- Flexibility to change shifts as needed
- Ability to lift files and stand on a stool may be required
Compensation Salary: $54,000 - $81,000 (determined during interview process)
