Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Construction defect experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent legal research and analytic skills
- Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively
- California Bar membership in good standing
- Trial experience is a plus, but not essential
- Relevant litigation experience, including mediation and dispute resolution
- Prior experience with community association law is a plus
- Ability to prepare pleadings, motions, written and expert discovery, and settlement agreements
- Experience in taking and defending depositions and written discovery
Schedule:
This is a full-time, exempt position with a schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. We currently offer a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.
