- Manage incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow call center scripts when handling different topics
- Identify client's needs, clarify information and obtain necessary information for further processing
- Assist with setting new client appointments
- Assist with processing payments

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service role is a plus but not required
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required
