This is a highly responsible position within the Office of the General Counsel, reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel of Business. The selected candidate will assist the Department in enforcing Chapter 718, Florida Statutes for the Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Legal Unit.

As the Attorney Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating investigative reports and evidence, analyzing violations of statutes or administrative rules, and recommending appropriate action. You will also have the opportunity to research, draft, review, and amend legal documents, negotiate settlements, and respond to inquiries from consumers and industry professionals. Additionally, you will have the chance to represent the Department in legal proceedings and provide legal advice to division staff and other agency employees.



To be considered for this position, you must have a valid driver's license, be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing, and have at least one to three years of professional experience in the practice of law. A background in administrative law is preferred.
