This role requires a candidate with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating outsourcing agreements, as well as other technology-focused commercial arrangements. Candidates must also have a strong understanding of issues related to BPO, ITO, and cloud migration transactions, and be well-versed in licensing agreements, SAAS contracts, software development agreements, website terms, privacy policies, and reseller arrangements. The ability to manage complex transactions is essential, and experience with data privacy issues is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate outsourcing agreements and other technology-focused commercial arrangements
- Familiarity with BPO, ITO, and cloud migration transactions
- Experience with licensing agreements, SAAS contracts, software development agreements, website terms, privacy policies, and reseller arrangements
- Ability to manage complex transactions
- Knowledge of data privacy issues
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New York, Connecticut, or Washington .
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outsourcing and technology transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
