Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of complex financial services litigation matters
• Draft briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Missouri bar admission
• 3+ years of experience in litigation related to commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability
• Strong legal writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
