Support registered fund attorneys with making mutual fund and ETF fund filings, new fund launches, reviewing and updating mutual fund registration statements and shareholder reports, the review and preparation of mutual fund board materials and research related to matters arising under the 1940 Act. Must have 5-10 years of direct experience. Should have strong academic credentials and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Should ideally have demonstrated project management and leadership skills (either as a leader or as a team member).
