Practice Areas:
As a Commercial Litigation Attorney at Cozen O’Connor, you will have the chance to work on a variety of cases in the following key practice areas:
- Consumer class action defense
- Real estate litigation
- Trade secret, breach of contract, and business tort litigation
- Securities fraud and shareholder derivative lawsuits
- Product liability and consumer protection defense
- California privacy and data-related litigation
- Defense of life insurers and financial services firms in class action and regulatory matters
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should have 2-4 years of law firm commercial litigation experience. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in case management and brief writing, and who are comfortable handling solo court appearances. Experience with taking and defending depositions is also required. In addition, we are seeking candidates with strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as excellent academic credentials. Admission to the California bar is also required.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $190,000-$240,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
